Keeping Florida Outdoor Spaces Comfortable and Functional
Florida homeowners rely on screened lanais and patios to enjoy their outdoor spaces while keeping insects and debris out. Unfortunately, screens can become damaged from weather, pets, landscaping, and normal wear and tear.
Hackett Home Improvements provides screen repair and lanai re-screening services for homeowners throughout the area.
The Project
This project involved repairing damaged screening on a residential lanai and restoring the screened enclosure so the homeowner could enjoy the outdoor space again.
Depending on the condition of the enclosure, screen projects may involve:
- Replacing individual damaged screen panels
- Repairing sections of screening
- Replacing larger areas of screen
- Complete lanai re-screening
- Addressing damaged or worn areas
- Finishing the project with clean, secure screen installation
Repair or Replace?
Not every damaged screen enclosure needs to be completely replaced.
If only a few panels are damaged, targeted screen repair may be the most practical solution. When an enclosure has widespread damage or aging screens, a larger re-screening project may make more sense.
We’ll evaluate the project and help determine the appropriate approach.
